Mandala Meditation

The mandala: a simple geometric shape that has no beginning or end. To the Tibetan monks, the sand mandala represents multi-dimensional fields of consciousness & enlightenment. To the Native Americans, the mandala takes the form of a medicine wheel, and the sacred circle of life. To the megalithic builders of Stonehenge the structural mandala was sacred. Even the word “mandala” meaning “circle or center” has its roots in the last living ancient language: Sanskrit 

According to the ancient science of Sacred Geometry, a pattern created of interlocking spheres form the matrix of all universal matter. These geometric shapes exist in all aspects of life on Mother Earth: the nucleus of cells, a snowflake and a flower all reflect the sacred mandala. Mandalas are used universally to promote healing and other positive states of being. By using this circular matrix to focus on in meditation you’re expressing your desires for healing and wellness, beauty and peace.
