Recap: July 2024
Event Recap & Photo Gallery
The first of many spiritual retreats, the 2024 retreat at Mt. Shasta was a magical experience for myself and eight other participants. Jane to continue….
JANE TO EDIT/FINISH
Create an intro and summary of the 2024 Spiritual Retreat. I’ve put a few photos below
((As with the Shasta conference, we can leave this here under Events for a few months, and then move this 2024 event summary into the blog when the next retreat info is available to add under Events. ))
One of the many beautiful views of sacred Mount Shasta!
To create an elevated energy in our retreat space, I built 2 Nubian (72°) and one Giza (51°) copper pyramids, and set up a table of 20-ish kilos of amazing quality, powerful Lemurian crystals that I imported from Brazil. We played sacred music, and our mantra theme was: Release, Reconnect & Reimagine.
We started the first full day of our retreat by collecting the powerful healing energy from the water and the Earth at the Sacred Headwaters of the Sacramento River. We sang a prayer of blessing for the start of our journey together. Some in our group returned to this spot early morning each day to start the day with this ancient phenomenal power.
Our group made a pilgrimage to the Gateway Peace Garden in Mt Shasta and tied our prayers on the trees. We walked the lavender-encircled labyrinth, completing an ancient ritual. It was so powerful to be surrounded by the energy of millions of peace prayers.
Several of us hiked The Heart Lake trail up to the tiny alpine lake at about 6,000 ft (yikes) overlooking Mt Shasta. Several of us swam in the small lake. The water was alive and had a pristine intelligence. Truly a mystical experience.
Left: Guest speaker Rob Potter visited the group and discussed his latest research and many interesting topics. Right: Retreat attendee Liza S. gave a super interesting talk about her life as a missionary’s daughter travelling around the world, which led to her becoming a house sitter for clients all over the globe!
We shared so many wonderful stories and abundant laughter and magic throughout our retreat!
On one of the clearer nights, we held a Skywatch circle on the mountain at around 8,000 ft. Yes, we did see ships that were not satellites or conventional aircraft! Looks like some orbs in the photo at left when we were setting up chairs. The photo on the right shows Cassiopeia above the peak of Mt. Shasta.
Our first hike on beautiful Mount Shasta was up the Bunny Flats Trail to an area believed to be a Portal to Tellos, the secret Lemurian city hidden beneath the mountain. The temperature was 113 F (45 C) so we took it easy on the way up and stayed in the shade while we meditated and experienced the sacred portal energy among the trees.
We spent our last afternoon together with a boat cruise and swim on Lake Siskiyou in view of beautiful Mt. Shasta. The water was so lovely!
A huge thank you and lots of hugs to my husband Christopher for being our chauffeur, sherpa, and ship’s captain throughout the retreat. 💖
A wonderful group of individuals, we arrived the first day, many not knowing each other and meeting for the first time.
We departed on the last day as magical, spiritually connected, lifelong friends!
Join us on the next adventure!
